Maybe. Maybe not. All I know is this: I'm sure ABC has deliberately put this in the worst possible light to damage the reputation of the Bush administration as much as possible. If the truth got lost somewhere along the way, well... that's too bad. How do I know that? Because that is what mainstream media has been doing to George W. Bush for 3+ years because as far as they are concerned — as card-carrying members of the Democratic Establishment — Bush is the enemy.
