For a Really Big Change of Pace

As you know, Faithful Reader, The Blog from the Core pays scant attention to the wide world of sports. Unlike many another member of St. Blog's. I think I'd be remiss, though, if I didn't call to your attention that the women's basketball team of my collegiate alma mater — which is just a few miles up river from where I live — won the national championship:
