Eye Update A year ago today, the retinal & vitreous eye specialist in Pittsburgh diagnosed a macular aneurism in my left eye. Briefly, a blood vessel had ruptured the morning before, leaving splotches and streaks and spots of blood in the upper left quadrant of my field of vision in that eye.
