In October of 2004, I wrote an editorial concerning the presidential election. The essay was titled:

"Election Determines Fate of Nation"

This editorial was part of a series I write for The Daily Record, a local paper for Ellensburg, Washington. Typically, my essays are read by no more than 6000 residents. However, the October article was picked up by bloggers, email lists, and eventually, national radio talk show hosts. In response to the coverage the essay received, I have been swamped with email inquiries. Most people want a copy of the article and want to know if I have written anything else. I have chosen this site to post my monthly essays so that those interested (but do not live in Ellensburg) may access them.
