Tinform, verb, to confuse, mislead, or deceive by tendentious selection and distortion of evidence.
Tinformation, noun, (1) evidence selected and distorted tendentiously to confuse, mislead, and deceive; (2) the process of becoming a member of the tinfoil-hat crowd.
Indeed, tinformation may be thought of as a portmanteau of "tinfoil" and "information".
