Too Late? In a fine example of Core's Law of New Media in action, FNC has released honest remarks from Jesse Jackson that he didn't know were being recorded which, one must suspect, is probably the only time one can actually get honest remarks from him about Barack Hussein Obama: "See, Barack been, um talking down to black people on this faith based.... I wanna cut his nuts off.... Barack... been talking down to black people." I want to know two things. First, why didn't Jackson say "African-Americans" instead of "black people"? Second, hasn't Michelle Obama already done that surgery? P.S. If that's how Jesse Jackson talks about Obama when he thinks nobody is going to find out, just imagine how Hillary Rodham Clinton talks about Barack Hussein Obama away from the microphones. Just imagine. P.P.S. Some claim that the transcript is in error: that the second time Jackson said "Barack" he followed it with "Hussein". Though he is whispering, it does sound to me as if there's a case to be made for that. Lane Core Jr. CIW P Thu. 07/10/08 04:10:54 PM |
